My Coaching Story
My coaching philosophy draws from a rich blend of disciplines to create an open space for my clients to explore who they are today and who they want to become tomorrow.

What Sets Me Apart:
-
Presence-Centered Approach: I believe that true growth happens when we are fully present—mind, body, and spirit. Through mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, and developmental psychology insights, I guide my clients toward deeper self-awareness and conscious living.
-
Evidence-Based Practices: My coaching methodology is grounded in evidence-based research. I integrate practices from the fields of mindfulness, somatics, adult learning theory, leadership development and nervous system management to create impactful coaching experiences.
-
Embodied Learning: We don’t just think our way to transformation; we embody it. Through experiential learning, I help clients integrate insights into their daily lives, fostering lasting change.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS): IFS is a powerful self-awareness tool. It is a way of understanding yourself and shifting stuck patterns.

How I grow and develop
In addition to continuous training across various disciplines, I benefit from the guidance of my personal executive coach, a somatic therapist, a spiritual guide, and a nervous system mastery teacher. These mentors empower me not only in my coaching practice but also contribute significantly to my own personal growth. Their wisdom and support allow me to continually evolve, ensuring that I bring my full self to all that I do.
